Holiday Inn Express - Washington DC Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good and tasty, try to go earlier otherwise there can be bigger lines later in the morning. Hotel is located at the walking distance from the Capitol and Supreme Court. There are stores and places to eat nearby as well. We travelled for work and everything was fine really. Staff were super helpful and very professional.

Very quiet room! This was the first hotel stay I've had in ages, even in very nicely updated places, where the kicking on and shutting off of the AC wasn't loud and clunky. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome. The location was very good--close enough to walk to things but removed enough that it was quiet. The room was modern and very clean as well. Breakfast was also very good. We also greatly appreciated the valet parking! We've had lots of hassles parking in DC before but this was a breeze.

The location was great, near most attractions and within walking distance from the convention center. Breakfast had a good spread. Round-the-clock water and coffee are available.

The room was great. Location was decent if you are walking to the National Mall area. It is about a 18 minute walk if you are walking fast, so be prepared for that. The price was great and it worked for our family.

The staff was very friendly upon our arrival and whenever we had questions. The breakfast had a nice variety of quality foods. Everything was clean and comfortable.
